Seems symptomatic of broader concerns about representation in court, financial stability, etc. Also a great example of how policies that should work, on paper, can be stymied by conditions on the ground

It's really interesting to see how difficult the implementation of government services that are considered pretty routine in the developed World can be in a country that is constrained in so many ways. That's quite concerning, especially considering that economies like Palestine's or other developing countries probably need social safety nets even more than developed countries.
